Need experienced demo people for outside demolition. Work starts Monday June 6, 10am to 4:30pm. Pay is $100 at the end of the day. If you can't work 6.5 hours don't show up. If you show up and don't know what you're doing you will be told to leave. You will be told only once. Simply showing up does not mean you get $100. Read requirements before contacting... 1) Must have a photo ID. A picture of your ID will be taken before you enter the property 2) Must be experienced with outdoor demolition of decks/sheds. Must bring your own hammer and crowbar. If you do not have a hammer and a crowbar it means you are not experienced so do not contact 3) Send a text and be prepared for a phone interview. 4) Must be able to follow directions. 5) If for any reason you must leave early and have at least worked 2 or more hours you will be paid $12 an hour for your time. If you leave early you will not be allowed to return the following day. 6) Bad behavior, wilding out, chimpouts, drug use etc will not be tolerated. We are looking out for your best interest by telling you this. Once told to leave you must leave immediately or extreme actions will be taken. We will know within 10 minutes if you lied on the phone interview and you will be instructed to leave. Again, you will only be told once. 7) Plenty of ice cold water will be provided. 8) This is not a place and time for phone use nor borrowing our phone chargers. This will be 6 hours of hard fast work. 9) Upon arrival you will be sent a text where you must acknowledge that you are working as an independent contractor and accept personal responsibility for your taxes and if you injure yourself. You must accept these terms before doing any work. You will be paid cash at the end of every day. A statement from the company detailing your hours worked and pay can be provided if you request one. If you work all week and request a 1099 one can be provided. If you wish only to be paid in cash every day and receive no statements nor a 1099 that is fine also. 10) Again, following directions is very important.
