Description
Recent storm caused water pooling next to foundation walls resulting from hydrostatic pressure of rain water around the foundation.
To address this situation, need a french drain installed along two walls including a channel drain across a water heater to terminate in an existing sump pit.
The basement is regular height and is otherwise dry basement.
Need price per linear foot to include labor + material for ~ 50' french drain.
