Need someone to come and level out an 20x20 area pad in my backyard. As you can see from the picture it has been partially done but not finished. Before reaching out regarding the offer, please be aware and open to the following things: -You don’t have the gig until it is agreed upon -i’m very flexible and open around the timing of the project as long as it is leveled within 10 days, BUT if we agree on a time for you to show up then I do expect for that agreement to be met and if it cannot be - COMMUNICATE it. -Houses aren’t stretched too far apart in my neighborhood and I have very nosey neighbors. With that being said, if you accept the offer DO NOT speak to anyone outside of my household about any work being done on MY house. If anyone approaches you when you’re working - direct them to me. I’m offering $300 to finish LEVELING the pad only. I have a shovel and other light tools, but having your own is pretty much necessary. All of these things will be reiterated before the work is started and all money will NOT be paid upfront - we can discuss a payment schedule that will be fit for the both of us.
