Looking to get the railing in front of the house to be painted. You will need to clean all the rust spots first to stop rusting and then paint the railing. Please provide an estimate for the entire job (paint on completion). The image of the railing is attached and includes: first floor, metal stairs, and second floor, all can be seen in the picture.
