Rain Gutter Installer/Cutter – Urgently Hiring If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented with their work, this is the perfect position for you! Pay Type This is a hourly position. The Person (YOU) You are a self-starter who is confident in their ability to problem-solve You are a team-player who is compliant with Company processes, systems, and procedures In this position, you will be accountable and responsible for installing rain gutters including, but not limited to, downspouts, miters, commercial rain gutters and any additional accessories needed. Your goal is to demonstrate intermediate knowledge of rain gutter installation per manufacturer and Company standards You will be responsible for complying with all OSHA requirements, company safety procedures and standards while completing all assigned responsibilities with high standards for your work Become part of our quality team at New Horizon Siding & Awnings and provide our clients with quality service at affordable pricing. The Role Your role will include installation of rain gutters, strong communication skills and great measurement skills. You are someone with 2+ years demonstrated experience in an industry-related business utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and engagement skills. Responsibilities: Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted to load and unload various products Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed Measure out the home or building for gutter installation Operation of rain gutter machine Caulk joints at rain gutter and miters for a watertight seal Install downspouts, miters, jumpers, and hangers in appropriate areas Provide hand tools and power tools to complete job Provide transportation to jobsite and office Ensuring the trailer is organized and tidy Keeping jobsite clean of trash, fasteners, and material scrap Our Company New Horizon Siding & Awnings is a local Southern Utah company striving to make a difference in the construction industry. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) 2+ years demonstrated experience in industry-related business utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail Basic knowledge of proper installation procedures for rain gutters Job Type: Full Time Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 DOE Location: St. George, Utah- Main Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
