The Person (YOU) You are a self-starter who is confident in their ability to problem-solve You are a team-player who is compliant with Company processes, systems, and procedures In this position, you will be accountable and responsible for installing exterior siding including, but not limited to, vinyl, aluminum, steel, specialty siding, fiber cement board and soffit & fascia Your goal is to demonstrate intermediate knowledge of exterior siding and soffit & fascia installation per manufacturer and Company standards You will be responsible for complying with all OSHA requirements, company safety procedures and standards while completing all assigned responsibilities with high standards for your work Become part of our quality team at New Horizon Siding & Awnings and provide our clients with quality service at affordable pricing. The Role Your role will include installation of exterior siding and soffit & fascia materials, strong communication skills and great measurement skills. You are someone with 2+ years demonstrated experience in an industry-related business utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and engagement skills. Responsibilities: Properly install Vinyl, Aluminum, Steel, Hardie and Specialty Siding and Soffit and Fascia materials Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted while loading and unloading various job materials; ability to frequently kneel or crawl Properly erect, secure and climb ladders Practice strong organization skills with tools and working area to avoid unnecessary hazards Always treat all borrowed tooling and equipment with utmost respect and care Complete all tasks following all OSHA requirements, company safety procedures and standards Practice and follow all OSHA requirements and regulations Demonstrate communication skills to get the job done right and great measurement skills Demonstrate basic knowledge in mathematics Our Company New Horizon Siding & Awnings is a local Southern Utah company striving to make a difference in the construction industry. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) 2+ years demonstrated experience in industry-related business utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail Basic knowledge of proper installation procedures for Siding, Soffit and Fascia and Hardie Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
