Welcome to Tri-Valley Youth Mock Trial! This program is geared towards training middle school students (grades 6-8) to compete in Mock Trial competitions and in learning lessons in law. Students will learn public speaking skills, foster a genuine enjoyment in law and justice, and improve their critical thinking abilities. Students will have the opportunity to compete at a Mock Trial competition judged by law professionals. Instructors are from Dougherty Valley High School and are on their school's competitive Mock Trial team. Participants must be in middle school (6th-8th grade) and available to attend all the meetings. Additionally, participants need to come to each meeting prepared and ready to learn.
