The health of a city is determined by the people who live, work, and play there, and more than 60% of health is influenced by where you live. Help us learn more about the health of Lakewood by examining social determinants of health. Join us on Thursday, June 16 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. for a Lakewood Community Open House where you and others in Lakewood can share your thoughts on the health of Lakewood. A $50 gift card will be raffled off; must be present to win.
