Join Athleta Crocker Park and Tasha Brandt for Move with a Cause. Originally created by Savannah Goins, Athleta brings you a series of summer, outdoor, for-a-cause classes. Indulge in the bliss of warm evening air and feel the gratitude of giving back to the community. Move with intention, move with community, move with a cause.  Meet us on the mat at Market Square, Crocker Park. Make a donation of $10 to Colors+ for a $15 Athleta Appreciation Card.  This event benefits Colors+. Colors+ is a Cleveland non-profit organization providing programs and resources to LGBTQ+ youth by promoting individual and community wellness. This all-levels intuitive movement called Rebel Dance, is led by Tasha Brandt - (she/they) is a seasoned Facilitator, Therapist, and Intuitive Movement Instructor. Tasha is a somatic enthusiast and believes in creating sacred & brave spaces through a trauma-informed lens. Tasha is proudly Queer and is so excited to be a part of this event during such a Pride-filled month! This class shows you exactly how to do that with the intention of coming home to yourself. Whether that's through finding more freedom within you, more presence, or even listening more intently to what your body needs, coming home to ourselves is the most rebellious act. In this class, Tasha will guide you through grounding breathwork, an intuitive stretching session, and a full-blown dance party while discovering exactly what your body needs. Prepare to leave inspired, revved up, and enlivened by yourself and this community. Step into this brave space and see what's possible.
