We are a property management company with a large portfolio of single family homes, seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians. Must have good communication skills, be legally employable in the US and be able to pass a background check and a drug test. You must have your own set of basic tools. Hours are 7am-4pm Monday thru Friday. Must have reliable transportation which includes valid auto insurance and driver license and be able to travel anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. Company will pay for gas and we also provide vehicle maintenance expenses as well as benefits, paid holidays and PTO. Work includes, but may not be limited to: * Minor plumbing repairs. * Miscellaneous handyman tasks. * Perform minor maintenance and or replacement in areas of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other building repairs. * Follows safety procedures and maintains compliance with all regulations. We have a team of interior and exterior painters so painting is not necessary. Must be able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly if necessary. *Please Enclose Resume with phone number.
