If you are EFFICIENT and MULTI-SKILLED, I can put you on the books. If by the hour, pay would be in 2 weeks for the probationary period, and then every week after that. Must have good ethics as we are a Christian-based company that considers it a privilege to serve our customers. All I ask is that you carry yourself responsibly as a man or woman that works on my jobs. We do not allow an janky or jerry-rigged work, we keep a clean work site and we treat our customer's property with the utmost respect. Right now I have 3 basements, a convenience store modification, 3 bathrooms, a quadplex remodel (in Lincoln), a siding job, and several smaller retail jobs. I currently have 18 that are scheduled, in progress or ready to start. I partner with an investor from California who just bought 2 houses today, which led to a working relationship with the wholesaler who sold us the homes.
