Spend the evening at the House of Spirits tasting 4 bourbons that are both highly acclaimed and very difficult to find. Our feature bottle of the evening will be Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Bourbon! We will be tasting it in a blind tasting along with Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel, Eagle Rare, and Blanton's... You're challenge will be to "find the Pappy!" amongst them as you taste. The tasting will be led by Greg Gantz, our bar manager and bourbon enthusiast. Greg will guide you through the process of tasting, help you anaylze each bourbon as you go, and at the end will reveal which ones you tasted to see if you guessed right while sharing his knowledge of each bottle and its distillery. Sensory boards will also be provided to assist with distinguishing the unique flavors and nose of each bourbon. Tickets are extremely limited for this event and we will only be seating at the main bar inside House of Spirits. Enjoy having the house to yourself for the night as it will be closed to the public for you to fully enjoy the experience of this tasting! Doors will open at 6:00 pm and the tasting will begin at 6:30 pm. Additional drinks and food from our menu will be available to purchase both before and after the tasting.
