Once you have reserved your spot, please join us on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. On that day, we will meet up at Greater Grace Temple Church, 522 N. Memorial Dr. at 5:00pm. Please arrive on time to check in and grab your seat on the bus. The bus WILL DEPART AT 5:30PM so that we can make it to the game in good time and get our seats. If you are registering for a child, this PERMISSION SLIP is required or your registration will be considered invalid. This permission slip must be filled completed within 24 hours after registration or your registration will be canceled and you will have to re-register if you wish to attend. Please make a note of your Eventbrite order number as you will need this number to complete the permission slip form. You may also access this permission slip via our GGT App.
