SAN RAFAEL, CA — The San Rafael Police Department said in a Saturday statement that non-emergency lines were not working. Police said that 911 lines were unaffected and were working. Anyone needing immediate assistance can call police at (415) 306-6531. The cause of the outage was not immediately available.
