NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week of May 26 to June 2. All charges are merely accusations. Lydia E. Ghignon, 63, of Merrick, was arrested at midnight on May 28 on Meadowbrook Road in North Merrick.Matthew J. Morin, 27, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on May 30 on Old Country Road in Westbury.Frenel Cauvil, 62, of Freeport, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on May 30 on Hewlett Avenue N in Merrick.Ismael de Jesus Cifuentes , 45, of Hempstead, was arrested at 11 p.m. on May 30 on Woodfield Road in West Hempstead.Randy D. Acosta, 23, of Manorhaven, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on May 31 on Winthrop Drive in Uniondale.
