The Cornichon will be featuring American made cheeses and chocolates. They will be offering a chocolate and cheese pairing event using locally made fine chocolates from The Conche and artisan cheeses from small American creameries. They are Jasper Hill Farms and Vermont Creamery from Vermont, Cow Girl Creamery from California, Rogue Creamery from Oregon and Beehive Cheese Company in Utah. This is a great opportunity to support American cheeses and learn how to make your own pairing at home- how cool would it be instead of dessert, to serve your guests a chocolate and cheese pairing? You will also be creating your own solid wood, 18" lazy susan featuring your choice of our Patriotic or personalized design. Aviary Girls will provide all of your supplies and step by step instructions and assistance so you can take home a beautiful, functional piece.
