ELECTRICIAN / SERVICE TECH EDUCATION - High School Diploma (or equivalent) QUALIFICATIONS - Driver’s License - Pass Drug Test & Background check SKILL - Excellent Communication - Basic computer skills - Great Analytical Skills - Good manual dexterity - Read & understand blueprints - Solves problems effectively - Works well individually and with others JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES - Treat all customers, other trades personnel, vendors, fellow workers, etc. with dignity and respect - Complete work in accordance with national & local codes. Learn & keep current with latest revision of NEC. - Complete work in accordance with company policies & procedures - Ensure all projects/jobs are completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary, all permits are obtained - Know follow & hold others accountable to the safety policy, program & training - Diagnose & Solve problems on residential home electrical systems - Travel to conduct service work in 5 counties (approx. withing 1hr from shop) - Meet with new & existing clients - Provide options for client’s electrical needs - Communicate clearly & effectively with homeowners at visit expectations and present options - Install Quoted options upon client approval - Manage Quoted jobs when sold - Collect payment at Job Completion - Manage & stay on task to ensure job efficiency - Manage Van inventory & job material / permits - Assist other technicians when needed - Carry out additional duties as assigned COMPENSATION - $50-60 per year/based on experience - Plus Incentive based commission BENEFITS - Top health Insurance - 401K Co.
