C'mon, Jack! What's the problem with a president that's more interested in being nice to Republicans than acknowledging the progressive wing of his own party? His approval ratings are tanking, and apparently he doesn't understand why. He probably doesn't even know what year we're living in. Beyond useless. Now he's off to Saudi Arabia to hang out with mass murderer MBS. Plans include selling bombs and guns, and, of course, begging for oil. The lack of imagination is so depressing. Instead of an executive order outlawing assault rifles, or requiring filibustering senators to be physically present during the act of filibustering, or investing in renewables, or reversing Trump policies, or stacking the court to prevent Roe vs Wade from being overturned, or shutting down the monopolies destroying the country, or making Apple and Amazon pay taxes, or banning all donations to political campaigns, or getting to work on a giant nationwide system of aqueducts, or banning medical corporations from copyrighting discoveries made at public universities, or regulating Silicon Valley, or banning police unions, or supporting Starbucks and Amazon unions, or reviving stimulus programs, or forgiving medical debt, or focusing on solving the unsanitary, dangerous, and most of all dehumanizing accumulation of shantytowns that is currently being ignored by all high-level politicians in the country. Real leaders do things that make a material difference to the citizens they represent. Joe Biden is worse than Trump; all the same policies and none of the dank Twitter burns.
