NORWICH, CT - A Norwich resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 2, Linda McCall, of Norwich, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Norwich Wine & Spirits and won $10,000.
