Please apply using this link: Another Source’s client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Seattle/Tukwila, WA.    *Internally titled Commercial Maintenance Worker    Here’s a little about Sabey Corporation and the position they are recruiting for:   Sabey Corporation is a well-recognized and highly-respected fully integrated commercial real estate development company headquartered in Seattle.  We credit our dedicated team of employees for more than 40 years of success, and our commitment to strong core values that are reinforced in everything that we do.    Position Summary:       This position will report to building engineers and follow instruction to complete tasks/projects as needed.       Primary Responsibilities:       Performs daily, weekly and monthly property management tasks as assigned by the Building Engineer.   Tasks will include, but not be limited to, furniture removal, painting, light janitorial, outdoor maintenance, and pressure washing.   Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.   Applies technical knowledge and ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.   Develops and maintains excellent customer service relationships with tenants.   Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.     Skills & Personal Characteristics:   High School Diploma or GED required.     Washington State driver’s license, excellent driving history, and automobile insurance required.    Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling and carrying, climbing (stairs & ladders) required throughout the day for repairs and maintenance of property and equipment.   Demonstrated ability and knowledge to operate and maintain small tools and equipment.    Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and track projects in a fast-paced environment.    Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.   Team player that can work independently and is looking for a great opportunity to learn and succeed with a growing Commercial Real Estate Company.    Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build long term relationships with tenants and vendors.    The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments.     Knowledge of iPhone needed as communication tool.    Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.    PC skills to include Microsoft Office; preferred not required.      Sabey Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to status as a protected veteran or a qualified individual with a disability, or other protected status, such as race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age.  EOE and Drug-Free Workplace      Another Source works with their clients, on a retained project basis, to maximize the recruiting process.
