Township Building Services is looking for a Night Full-Time Roving Janitorial Supervisor for Established Building Service Contractor in the Puget Sound. Starting pay: $21.50/ hr Shift: Monday - Friday (40 hours/wk) Travel time will be paid and mileage reimbursement. Until company vehicle is provided. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and proven customer relationship skills, will have a proven and verifiable track record successfully managing a large housekeeping or janitorial staff and has the ability to represent our firm in a highly professional manner. The candidate must have 5+ years experience in the industry, or a related industry, and have the motivation to succeed in a challenging work environment. This position will be responsible for assisting account managers with location supervision, site audits and site coverage or any other combination as necessary. Job Description: Directly Supervise 10+ employees whom primarily work evening shifts. Oversee multiple account locations throughout Washington State. Adhere to strict client guidelines regarding performance of janitorial staff and scope or work. Administer Monthly Safety Training Program Establish and maintain excellent communication with senior management. Perform site inspections to ensure contract scope of work is being met and fulfilled. Immediately address client complaints and work towards resolution. Work closely senior executives.
