Press release from the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office: June 1, 2022 A Keithville woman has been arrested after Caddo detectives investigated a report received by the Department of Children and Family Services, said Sheriff Steve Prator. According to a report filed on May 5, 39-year-old Constance Cramer left a child under the age of 13 home alone for four days without food. On Tuesday, May 31, Cramer was arrested by the U.S Marshall's task Force in Monroe on a charge of cruelty to juveniles. She was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center pending transfer to Caddo Correctional Center. Her bond has been set at $85,000. This press release was produced by the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office.
