House of Representatives, Kansas House of Representatives, Kansas State Board of Education Secretary of State Office, Memorial Hall, 120 S.W. 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66612 Deadline to change party affiliation prior to Primary Election In addition, Sedgwick County voters with changes to their district assignments as the result of redistricting will be notified by mail.
