SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Golden State Warriors center Marquese Chriss will be out for the remainder of the season. Chriss reportedly broke his leg, the Athletic's Shams Charania reported on Twitter Sunday. The power forward, 23, sustained a fracture to his right fibula that will render him unable to play, according to multiple reports. This season, Chriss adveraged 6.5 points and 1.0 blocks in two games. It wasn't immidiately clear how Chriss sustained the injury. Without Chriss, the Warriors are left with Kevon Looney and newcomer, James Wiseman. Klay Thompson was also sidelined for the rest of the season after tearing his Achilles. The news comes as the Warriors geared up to play the Chicago Bulls on Sunday. The Golden State team is currently 0-2.
