Re-homing a lovely 2 year old mutt

This lovely 2-year-old mutt needs a home with a backyard. Lita is a lovely dog with a lot of energy and we can no longer keep her due to our lack of space. Lita is a small/ medium dog (45 lbs.) that is full of energy. She gets along ok with other dogs but still has very little training and she hasn't socialized around many other dogs. Lita still pulls quite a bit on walks but is very smart and with attentive training could be amazing. We have all of her needed gear (collar, leash, kennel, dog bed, winter coats, treats, food, and bowls). We are very sad we have to re-home her and would love to chat with anyone interested in being her forever parent(s) about the amount of space they have to offer her and her behaviors. She is up-to-date on all her vaccines and we have all her paperwork. We would require a small re-homing fee.
