Dear friends and neighbors, For the past few months Fly Fishing Fin-Addicts, a local fly fishing group, has been collecting donations of used fishing equipment of all kinds and distributing them to victims of the Marshall Fire. On Sunday, June 12th, we will be holding our final distribution event at the Louisville Methodist Church located at 741 Jefferson Ave. The event will run from 12:30 pm until about 2:30 pm. We’ll have both regular fishing and fly rigs along with some fishing clothing, waders, and other accessories. All equipment will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Also, for the victims, Fly Fishing Fin-Addicts is offering free Beginner Fly Fishing classes.
