Pay Rate:  $13-$16/hour dependent upon experience (2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts make extra per hour in shift differentials) Shift details: First: 7AM-3:30PM, starts at $13.00/hourSecond: 3PM-11:30PM, starts at $14.00/hourThird: 11PM-7:30AM, starts at $14.30/hour Hire type:  Temp-to-perm or direct hire (based on experience)Role and Responsibilities: • Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures • Adhere to our Idemia Quality Policy• Contributes to team success by meeting target volumes monthly• Ability to set up, operate and produce product within ISO (International Organization for Standardization) specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the production supervisor• Cross-training within the department is a must to create flexibility within the teams as described by the production supervisor• Must possess the ability to use various precision equipment, individual must have some experience with computers; attention to detail is imperative, along with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment• Must be willing to work overtime as business needs meet market demands• Support kitting activities when needed• Maintain 5S activities (our organization/cleanliness process) for machines/area operated to assist in maintenance tasks• Able to work weekends as needed• Other roles and responsibilities may apply Qualifications and Education Requirements: • High school diploma or GED• Basic math skills• Ability to work in a team based environment • Ability to work in a factory with machinery noise (PPE available)• Ability to stand for extended periods of time Preferred Skills: • Experience with machine operation• Experience in ISO/QS type quality systems • Lean manufacturing experience• Basic knowledge of MS office applications• Ability to train others Language Skills: • Ability to read and comprehend and write instructions, short correspondence and memos in English• Strong written and verbal communication skills required Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described below are indicative of the demands needed to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
