We are so excited to annonce our first Summer Solstice Celebration!! The Summer Solstice is usually known as the hottest and longest day of the year and usually dreaded by many esspically here in the heat of Bakersfield. Imagine if we allow ourseleves to be norished by this changing of the season. The light that is given to us, a blessed day, a reason for celebration and the welcoming of more light. We invite you to delight your senses in sacred circle with a delicious cup of cacao, a heart opening traditional ceremonial drink. You will be guided by Heather Aguilera in a nurturing heart centered self-love meditation and open dialog of the Summer Solstice energies. This will be an evening of remembrance. Take a journey with the light of our sun as we explore breath work, relaxation techniques, somatic movement, followed by a spritual sound bath guided by Eli Patterson.
