It was so random and real seeming. Wonder if you did too. In the dream, we reconnected and were still so fascinated with one another (just like when we were last friends wb and after when you used to call and talk for hours). Your red hair, your frown smile those freckles on the side of your mouth. You wore my shirt. Giggled at how serious I was, wouldn't let me go..... We held each other, smiled real bursts of smiles and laughed. For hours. It was new and old. Familiar. The tastes and smells were all still there. I asked and was trying to figure out where we were but you sat on me and made me focus on you like you knew it was a fleeting dream and that we should appreciate the moment. You were making plans for us. I was letting it happen. Felt like Julie Delphi telling Ethan Hawke that he was going to miss his plane. Then I woke.
