ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The Arlington Heights Police Department made a series of arrests over the past week involving local residents who were charged with a variety of criminal offenses. Local residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty. ARRESTS Martin Balderas-Morales, 24, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on May 28 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and aggravated DUI. Bond was set at $10,000 with 10 percent to apply. He is set to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on June 30. Ashley J. Brosman, 26, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on May 27 and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving an uninsured vehicle. She was released on a $2,500 I-Bond. She is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 1. Lucianne M. Crowley, 60, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on May 28 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 22. Sierra G. Esteban, 45, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on May 28 and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license. Bond was set at $5,000 with 10 percent to apply. She is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 21. Allen Issac, 43, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on May 31 and charged with domestic battery. Bond was set at $25,000 with 10 percent to apply. He is scheduled to appear in court in Tolling Meadows on June 16. Timothy J. Marszalek, 31, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. on May 27 and charged with violation of a protection order. Hector Nicacio Ramirez, 50, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on May 27 and charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, and illegal transportation of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released on a $10,000 I-Bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 5. Sergio Ortiz-Vargas, 31, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on June 1 and charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $100 and he is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on June 27. Christopher D. Owen, 28, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on May 29 and charged with illegal possession of cannabis. He was released on a $2,500 I-Bond and is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on June 28. Josue Rocha Roldan, 25, was arrested at 4:09 a.m. on May 30 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation, or possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and driving an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $3,000 I-Bond. He is scheduled to appear on June 27. Moises Sanchez, 26, was arrested on an in-state bond and charged with violation of bail bond. Jennifer E. Takla, 34, was arrested at 12:52 p.m. on May 28 and charged with domestic battery. She was released on a $10,000 I-Bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on June 2. Darrin J. Trina, 48, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on May 28 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000 with 10 percent to apply. He is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 14. Shvets Viktoriya, 37, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on May 28 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a $10,000 I-Bond and is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 14. Anne Lynn Vitraelli, 59, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on May 30 and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license. She was released on a $2,500 I-Bond and is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 21. Callie A. Weigelt, 21, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on May 28 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 5. Bradley T. Zaumseil, 27, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on May 30 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 with 10 percent to apply and he is scheduled to appear in court in Rolling Meadows on June 27.
