Description

This little man was I believed dumped at a random lot off River Rd. I’ve see him to and from work for atleast a month. I’ve been trying to bring him food and water. I’ve reached out to rescues but most just don’t have a foster. He has mange, an eye infection, and possible ticks. Animal control won’t pick him up, I’ve tried multiple times. If anyone can help please message me. I just want to try to help him. Thank you.
