Missing kitty with eye infection

Lost kitten. She may be 4 to 5 months. Calico?/tabby medium hair. No pictures as I've brought her in just a few days ago. She has an eye infection with a scheduled vet appointment unfortunately escaped. She has a red collar on and is very friendly. Please let me know if you have spotted her. Thanks
