I have a 17 year old believed to be male sulcata tortoise his name is bowser he loves to roam the yard and eat all day must have a proper home and proper Knowledge about tortoises he’s 70 pounds give or take and there is a rehoming fee please don’t contact me about your rescue hes not free I want to make sure someone is Financially able to take care of him
