We are trying to find 1-2 handyman/handywomen to help with our properties in CC. We own 50 units in CC. We have basic tasks needed on a weekly basis: Water heater troubleshoot Snake Clogs Groundskeeping (pulling weeds and cleaning trash) Drywall repair Pest control (putting traps or poison or spray) Install blinds Painting Make Readies We require you to have your own tools and your own truck. This is 5-10 hours per week as needed based on the work orders. We pay $13-18/hr depending on experience and task required. If you produce sloppy work, this is not the job for you. We need someone who pays attention to detail and has photos and referrals to prove it. If you dont have your own tools or your own transportation please do not apply. Photos or references preferred.
