Description
We are looking for a live-in caregiver (or caregivers) to help care for a 77 year-old woman who has developmental disabilities. This woman enjoys puzzles, arts and crafts, helping with household chores, television/movies, getting help writing letters to her sisters, and help reading the letters she receives. Home supports include general supervision, meals and some bathing support. Also some covid-safe community activities (she is vaccinated and will wear a mask when necessary). Additional day supports will be provided by additional staff. Client has varied sleep patterns, but you do not have to be awake during overnight. Generous tax-free monthly stipend and respite package. This wonderful woman will be leaving her current residence soon, and is open to living in your home in Chittenden County, or finding a first floor apartment with you in/near Burlington (possibility of discounted rent, and free rent at some point in the future). Full training provided, resume, background checks.
