We will train you at no cost to you to become a highly skilled construction craft laborer. We train future leaders within the construction industry. Overtime is available on most jobs! Our apprenticeship program allows you to earn money while you're learning! While in our program, you are earning solid wages and receiving 10% pay increases every 1,000 hrs on the job. With guidance and support from the training school, you are creating reputation within the industry, therefore creating job security for yourself. Additionally, you are getting certified in different fields of construction at no cost to you while receiving benefits. Laborers’ apprenticeship program is the first step to a successful career with endless opportunities for growth. Our apprentices are from all over the state, some live in Ketchikan, some in Fairbanks, some in Copper River Valley, etc. COST OF THE PROGRAM: Tuition is $0. All we ask is your commitment. MUST BE OVER 18 WAGES Note: overtime is expected during summers.
