need RELIABLE help with packing pallets for overseas shipping

We are looking for someone who is really really REALLY good at packing and fitting boxes and totes on a pallet to be shipped overseas. It's all about the logistics. And all about being RELIABLE. (in other words, show up when you say you will or at least call to postpone if you need to) This project will be in several steps: 1. helping us get all our household items into boxes and totes in a way that won't break the breakables 2. figuring out how to arrange the boxes on the pallet in accordance with the measurements required by the shippers 3. wrapping the pallets tightly so that they will not budge when being tossed about on the high seas (this will be done either outside our house so the truck can come pick it up with a liftgate, or at the shipping terminal in Barre) We will be working with you, but you would be the "project manager". We can inventory, weigh and label boxes appropriately. Timeline is that this needs to be done before June 18 as we would like the pallets to be at the shipping terminal by then (or before!). We have been having issues finding people who are reliable, who show up when they say they will. We really are hoping that if you respond you will take this seriously as we are on a very strict timeline. The job is in Woodbury and would pay $25-30/hr. depending on your experience level. We are looking for someone efficient, focused and skilled. (and did I say reliable?) I am guessing this is a 20-30 hour job, all told.
