Job description: 5G Cell Tower Constuction Technicians 1-3 (including entry level) & Foremen Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · 0 – 5 years of construction or telecommunications experience preferred but will train the right candidates depending on the position. · Candidate must be experienced in all aspects of line and antenna system installation, replacement and maintenance. · Experience with the following is essential: Antenna installation and alignment, TMA’s, Diplexers, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, Installation of steel platforms and grounding. · Valid driver’s license and be able to pass a driving record check. We have a second chance program for non-repeat offenders. **Also, must have a Debit or Credit Card for reimbursable expenses** · All Safety and Certification Training Updates Provided · OHSA 10 or 30 · CPR/First Aid Certified (must keep certification current). · Comtrain Climber Rescue Course or equivalent. · Must be willing to climb tall structures more than 300 feet and work in all types of weather conditions. · Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs. · Willing to work 10 + hours a day. · Able to crouch, kneel, and twist throughout the workday. · Able to reach, grasp and climb with both hands. · Able to manipulate equipment and instruments with precise hand and finger movements. · Extensive Traveling Positions based in W VA, Ohio & W PA but Per Diem is provided while on the road. Must be able to travel for weeks at a time and all accommodations & expenses provided. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour plus overtime @ 1.5 hr rate. COVID-19 considerations: NA
