Grizz looking for a new home

I'm in a bad position, I had somewhere for my dog to go and they fell through I need to find somewhere for my dog grizz to go. Grizz is a pit, lab mix, he is a brindle colored dog. He is house trained, leash trained and kennel trained. He is 2 1/2 years old, 3 years old this summer. Grizz is a very loving, hyper puppy but is a good boy as all dogs are. He has been around other dogs and cats his whole life. He loves to play, at times he is still a bit rough from being puppy stupid. He is a healthy boy and has been neutered. Probably best to go to a family with a yard and a fence, he only has one speed and that speed is fast. Loves to run and play and chew on his toys. If you aren't careful he will chew on things that aren't his toy, a behavior issue I haven't been able to break him of. When left alone he does great in his kennel. I saved this dog when he was about 6 or 7 months old from a abusive environment. So he still has some issues from when he was with them. I would gladly keep him if I was able to but not only is my new place not pet friendly but he deserves something bigger than a small studio Apartment with no yard. I would really like him to go to a great loving home who has some patience. He does know some commands and even will let you dry off his paws if he is wet or muddy.
