Description
I have an adult cat approximately 5-6 years old who needs a loving home. I got her from a girl who was moving and could not take her with. She is very sweet but somewhat awkward. My other cats tolerate her but have not made friends with her yet. I've had her for almost a year. She is very affectionate but seems to always be unsure of herself. I think she would be best as an only cat or maybe with only one other companion.
Her name is Bruce. She only eats dry food as wet food upsets her stomach. She has a beautiful soul and reminds me of Bridget from the animated movie Trolls. She does not like to be picked up very much and seems slightly afraid at all times. I believe she's been through some sort of trauma in the past.
In an effort of transparency, you need to know that she has occasionally urinated on clothing items that have been left out on the floor. I believe this behavior stems from her trauma as it is not a regular occurrence, just random, and when she is overstressed.
I know it's a long shot that I will find someone who truly wants to make sure she has a good life and a stress-free environment, but she deserves to find her forever home. She really is super sweet and I feel bad for her because my other cats bully her.
I was told when I took her in, that she had been spayed and had all her shots. I have not taken her anywhere to have this verified.
I am asking for a $25 rehoming fee to make sure she goes to the right home. She is welcome to stay with us, so I won't allow her to go to just anyone. But if you would really like a good companion and like a bit of quirkiness, Bruce is the cat for you.
Email if interested.
