Looking for candidates to install residential phone, internet and television services for Mediacom cable in Springfield MO. Now offering Flexible schedules from 3 days a week to 6 days a week, come in and tell us what you can do. 3 days a week would earn a candidate 27,000 to 42,000 annually, 4 days a week would earn a candidate 36,000 to 52,000 annually. 5 days a week 45,000 to 55,000. The pay is production based, so there is no cap, in 2020 one of my technicians made 84,000 dollars on a mostly 5 day work week. Too many people now a days have schedules that don't fit a M-F 8-5 job. Maybe you have a child custody agreement that means you can only work every other week? Maybe you can only work until noon every day? Candidates will need to have their own truck, van or SVU capable of transporting cable material and equipment as well as a 14/28' fiberglass extension ladder. (we provide the ladder) Candidates must have a valid Missouri drivers license. No experience is necessary. We can provide training rapidly at no cost to inexperienced candidates. Candidates will need to be able to pass an initial background check and drug screen. Candidates will need to be able to work both outdoors and indoors and be able to work primarily unsupervised in the field. This is a production based pay so seeking individuals motivated to earn and learn a career. Our average installer earns $700.00 to $1,200.00 dollars per week. Pay is every Monday. Pay is two weeks behind. Our cable installation technicians are paid every week for the work they did two weeks prior. Job is year round steady work, we have many long term technicians that have been with us for years. Promotions occur only from within so this job comes with opportunities. 1099 production based pay means no taxes or government deductions withheld from checks. Pay is direct deposited into technicians account every Monday afternoon. Some tools and all safety equipment initially provided upon start date. Hours vary depending on an individuals speed 6 to 10 hrs. a day. Schedules both daily and weekly are flexible! Additional sales commissions can be made. Also a monthly bonus equaling anywhere from 6% to 10% of the previous months gross is earned based on installers quality and metrics. Travel opportunities exist with paid hotel on a voluntary basis.
