Our band has a practice space that we are looking to split. It’s at Soundstructure, 3131 Walnut St. The room is roughly 240 sq ft. 24 hour access, and you can leave/store your stuff there. Building is very secure, with coded entry and cameras throughout the building. There’s also a bar/pizza joint (The Walnut Room) attached to the building. Rent is $407 a month, with a deposit equal to one month’s rent, so $814 total for the move in. However, we can split the deposit into two monthly payments if it makes it easier for you. Our band practices every Wednesday from 6-7:30, and every OTHER Tuesday from 6-8:30. Send an email to come check the place out or with any questions. Thanks!
