Elderly woman, 80 years old, Spanish speaker, she recently took a fall approximately 2-3 weeks ago, she broke a femur bone. She was in the hospital a couple weeks ago and has since been sent home. She unfortunately does not have anyone to assist her at home as her son and daughter work during the day, and are trying to make due with time frames. She currently wears an adult diaper, she needs help walking to the bathroom - but does now use a walker and is able to bear weight on her injured leg, just needs guidance and a reminder to use the bathroom in order not to soil herself. She can feed herself and her son/daughter will have food prepped, she just will need it plated. She had a stroke, and has a little bit of memory lapses, but son states she is slowly 'coming back'. The hours he is asking for assistance is M-F 8-4 at $16 an hour, she is located in Caldwell, non smoker. Possible assistance to transport to/from doctors appointments, son will make medical decisions and will need to be on the phone while at appointments.
