Helpers needed for Bathroom Remodeling. We are looking for someone who wants to join a Team and can start immediately with on-the-job training. This is a Full Time, W-2 paid position. We do not subcontract and are a professional remodeling company who uses our own Employees for our labor force. Health & Dental insurance is available! Monday - Friday work week and some Saturdays. We are looking for TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE, Helpers to assist a professional bathroom installer to cut and set porcelain, ceramic, glass, and natural stone tile, slabs for shower walls and floors; as well as all bathroom related materials. Such as: Vanities, Toilets, Accessories, etc. Since our company takes care of every client with Second-to-NONE professionalism, cleanliness, and courtesy. We expect every single job to be treated with care and done correctly, according to our customers’ expectations. Day-to-day transportation to job sites with Installer provided. We are a local business, with an aggressive growth plan. We currently only remodel bathrooms. We do NOT tolerate dishonesty or drug/alcohol influence while on the job. If hired, you must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen. We offer a starting hourly rate of $15.00-$20.00 for the right level of attitude and work ethic. After 60 days of employment, we offer paid Apprenticeship positions where you will have the ability to grow within the company, and transition into a Lead Installer position. Our Lead installers make $25-$35.00/HR. The ideal Helper will have: *US citizenship or legal residency and the ability to speak English fluently. *Basic hand tool knowledge (reading a tape measure, working with cordless drills etc.) *Reliable transportation to the shop and cell phone. *Willingness to take direction and learn. *History of being punctual and EXTREMELY reliable. *Team oriented *Pride in your appearance and grooming. *Positive Attitude/ Outlook We are looking to hire the right person Today.
