Hello, Hope all is well. In need of free legal advice/ consultation from a pro Bono family attorney for grandparents visitation rights. Sadly, I need to go down this road with my own daughter because she is keeping my 1 year old grandson from me out of spite, as she and I are not getting along. My grandson and I have a happy and healthy relationship. Can she keep us from having a relationship just because she and I are not getting along? We do not live in the same household. Please help.
