French bulldog looking for great home!

My heart is so sad. He is a wonderful dog and we love him SO much but we have to do whats best for him. He will not stop getting out and chasing cars. He is a 4 year old, neutered male. He loves kids and other dogs. He does chase goats and outdoor cats but indoor cats he doesn't bother. He is housebroken and just a wonderful dog all the way around. He sits. He plays toys. He absolutely adores my kids. And is happy being a couch potato. Message me for his adoption fee etc.. (Its not super high, i just want a great home!) Just FYI he is a French bulldog and cannot be left outdoors in heat or cold.
