Need a contractor to clean rental yard and remove siding

Description

The contractor will remove all trash, debris, metal, and etc in the home yard. The contractor will dig out fire pit and remove burnt ashes in the yard. To perform the job the contractor must have a large truck to haul trash, shovels, trash bags, lawn mower and tools to complete the job. The contractor will also need at least a 28 ft ladder to remove some siding.
