Sazama's Fine Catering, part of Saz's Hospitality Group, is looking for banquet servers for at the Marcus Performing Arts Center. Our experienced team provides The Finest in service and hospitality to guests for corporate gatherings, galas, weddings, outdoor events, and theater productions including the exclusive and popular Broadway series! Servers will: Provide top-notch, friendly service to every guest, every time Set up and break down buffet and services lines, guest tables and chairs and decor for private event spaces Serve food at buffets, carving stations, table-side or as hand-passed plates Clear guest plates, glass ware and service items Keep event spaces tidy Follow the event details explained by the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and event leaders Adhere to all health and safety standards and SHG training guidelines Work as a team, solve problems and have fun Team members in this role will earn at least $13 per hour and will be paid a minimum of 5 hours per shift! To be a successful member of the Sazama's service team, experience will be helpful but isn't required. The most valuable skill will be a can-do approach and a friendly, outgoing personality! Cross training to other positions or Saz's Hospitality Group divisions available for team members that are interested. Evening and weekend availability is key for this role.
