Need help moving piano

It’s an upright piano I need it moved only to the other side of the room it should only take 10 minutes maximum. I have a dolly that it could go on I just cannot get it on the dolly myself. The piano is currently in a closet and needs to first be moved out of it in order for it to have the room to tilt it to get the dolly under it. I’m thinking I need 2-3 people to do this
