If you have excellent communication skills & excel at providing superior customer service, the Hiller Ford director of first impressions is the perfect fit for you! No automotive experience needed - we'll fully train and develop the right candidate to be a successful team member. We strive for integrity and respect ~ Customer care is our priority and it shows! · Cashier service for Service, Parts and Sales Department customers · Receipt checks that come each day in the mail · Back-up receptionist during breaks throughout the day · Complete administrative tasks assigned by office manager · Maintain a clean and organized reception area, customer lounge, and showroom· Miscellaneous data entry, reporting & administrative tasks Requirements: · Superior written and verbal communication skills · Professional customer service / relationship management skills · Attention to detail and excellent time management skills · A positive can-do attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a team setting · Self-motivated with the ability to create and follow a daily work plan · Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced work environment, including the ability to maintain composure under stress · High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training/experience preferred · Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor · Highly professional and dependable · Excellent telephone skills · Ability to work a consistent M-F weekly schedule Experience: · Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) · 10 Key calculator: 1 year (Preferred) Employee Benefits Include: · Competitive Hourly Wage - $15.00 · On-Site Training · Available: 401K, Full Health Insurance Benefits We truly care about the well-being of our employees and their families…Become a member of our team - Apply Today!
